MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of The MonteCristo Fund is to develop, finance and produce independent, non-English language films which entertain, challenge and develop an understanding between cultures. The Company targets literary material which speaks to issues of redemption, courage, love and family.

THE MONTECRISTO FUND LLC

The MonteCristo Fund LLC has the ability to source finance the films it produces. The Company is currently setting up a $12 million private equity fund to finance its next slate of Films. The MonteCristo Fund LLC and it’s Partners invest in feature films to be distributed via theatrical release, cable and network television, home video/DVD and other Internet-based distribution channels. The MonteCristo Fund focuses on the production of low to mid-budget films ($5M and under) and may fully finance specific films, or enter a syndicate of other strategic investors who bring value through rights ownership and/or distribution.
